• To describe the weather, we use It's + adjective:
Ex: It's rainy / foggy / windy.
• We can use the Present Continuous:
Ex: It's raining / snowing.
Ex: The rain / snow is falling.
• When the weather is beginning to change, we use get + adj:
Ex: It's getting sunny / foggy / windy / cloudy.
